Comfy hotel in a nice area very close to the cute coffee shop next to Mega and the Expo. Delicious breakfast with plenty of decent food. Particularly good and magnificent location for our visit to The Sphere around 10-15 minutes walk from the venue. Perfect stay, as always.

the location was fantastic. It was close to a big shopping mall, which made it convenient for any shopping needs. Additionally, being not far from the Expo area was a major advantage for business travelers like myself. Secondly, the hotel provided excellent service. The staff were helpful and attentive, ensuring that I had everything I needed during my stay. Finally, the rooms were well-equipped with a kitchen, which was a great option for anyone who prefers to cook for themselves.

All in all, I had a wonderful experience and there was nothing that I believe could be improved upon.

Had a great weekend stay here! the two complimentary drinks were a nice touch after a long day of travel. the location was perfect, with plenty of shops, cafes, and bars nearby. Plus, the room was equipped with everything we needed, including a kitchen, which was perfect for cooking some meals in.

That the room was not sound-insulated, and sometimes I could hear the noise from the next room.

The location was perfect for me as it was very close to the Expo Exhibition Complex and a nearby shopping mall. The view of the sphere from the balcony was breathtaking, especially at night. The breakfast delivery service was a lifesaver for a night owl like me, and the staff was incredibly kind and always ready to help. The presence of mini-markets and good restaurants around the hotel made it very convenient. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent accommodations and helpful amenities.

First of all, I must say that I had a great time staying at this hotel in Nur-Sultan. The value for money was outstanding, especially considering the prices of other hotels in the area. The staff were very attentive and fulfilled all my requests with a smile. I was also impressed with the attention to detail in the rooms, which were equipped with a kitchen and basic amenities. One detail that really stood out to me was the delicious home-made breakfast that was brought to my room every morning. It was a lovely touch that made me feel right at home.

The rooms were clean and new with plenty of home facilities like a washing machine, kettle and cooker. The location was perfect, with a huge shopping mall just around a 10-minute walk away. This mall had everything we needed, including a grocery, coffee shops, pubs and pharmacies.

The hotel was difficult to find, especially at night. It was also quite far from the city center, which might be a problem for those who don't have a car.
